Welcome to PlayStation Game Rentals! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

For Renting Digital Games

  1. ID Verification:

    • First-time renters may be required to provide ID verification.
    • This requirement is not always mandatory and is subject to our discretion.

  2. Rental Extensions:

    • Extension fees vary based on timing.
    • If the rental period exceeds 1 day, the full package price may be charged.
    • Existing customers are given priority for extensions.
    • Extensions are not allowed once the game has been booked by another customer.

  3. Daily Extensions: Extensions are charged based on the 7-day package rate.

  4. Advance Payment:

    • Advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
    • Unpaid bookings may be canceled without notice.

  5. Late Returns:

    • Late returns may disrupt the next customer’s rental and incur penalties.
    • Repeated delays can result in suspension from future rentals.

  6. Damage Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the game account during the rental period.
    • Intentional damage will result in additional charges.

  7. Refunds:

    • Refunds are only issued if the rented game is not delivered.
    • Once a game is delivered, no refunds will be entertained.

  8. Single Device Usage:

    • Game accounts can only be used on a single device registered to the customer’s account.

 

For Digital Games or Code Purchases

  1. Immediate Redemption: Customers are advised to redeem digital codes immediately upon receipt.

  2. Verified Codes:

    • All codes are thoroughly verified before delivery.
    • Complaints about used or invalid codes will not be entertained.

  3. Account Region Match:

    • Ensure that your account region matches the region of the gift card or digital code.
    • We are not responsible for issues arising from regional mismatches.

  4. Order Cancellation: Once a digital code purchase is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

    • Any failure to comply with return deadlines, payment terms, or proper usage guidelines may result in suspension from future rentals or purchases.
